I was referring to the current S60 and not Volvo S60s in general. Even the PHEV variant has been messed with recently. It was the T8 but not a T6. So I assume they dropped the turbo/supercharged engine for just the lower power turbo to lower emissions but then why not go the whole hog and use the 1.5 litre 3 cylinder they use in the XC40? The T8 is still available here in Europe as a 2021 392PS model. Volvo usually do their model year change in the factories in May with delivery to customers around September. |

None of the above, nothing has changed, but there are some boxes being ticked and if I may say so, deeply insightful and clever manouverings afoot...probably...all will be revealed in due course.
If it goes well. Entirely, and in perpetuity deniable (for self esteem purposes) at this stage if not.
