I do really like those, but I suspect my son would string me up if I bought that. Colour is JRG isn't it? Also no aircon on that one, which is a non-starter for me.

Jamaica Racing Green? Looks brown to me. Anyway, spec aside, that one is 18 years old. I’d be happy if it was whisky but...

Talking of small cars, my son and I went mountain biking this morning. Took my car so no space issues. As we were packing up to come home, a little Hyundai ( not sure of the model but it must be the smallest one ) pulled up near us. Must have been a bit of a Tardis though. Ok, one MTB was strapped the back, but there was another produced from inside, two big lads emerged from the front seats, and two huge dogs got out too.
Where there is a will etc.

By the way, ( sorry Espada ) but that Fabia is deeply, utterly and completely horrible. The sort of car that would be owned by someone who had lost the will to live. The ugliest car in the ugly car section of the car park. 🤮

I put a child's bike in the back of my Leaf with the seats folded yesterday, and it only just fit. My Jack Rusell would have broken its neck rolling around if it had got in there with the bike.

I've had a few FIATs and generally like them the exceptions being early-mid 90's Tipo, Tempra and Alfa 145, 147 had more than a touch of the fuglies about them it has to be said. They even slab sided the Uno for the Mk2.
Designed in Denmark with some plastic bricks I think.

Four grand for a Tempra! Bloody hell... (Hebrew for "you've got to be joking").

If that had been a Fabia hatch I don't think it would have aroused such disgust in Tunbridge Wells - sorry, Cheshire. Nothing wrong with saloons as such, although they don't suit my needs - but there's something desperately un-cool about saloons derived from hatchbacks, like the Fabia and Focus, and most un-cool of all, the Vauxhall Nova saloon.
I'd have been tempted by that little Ka you showed us, Al - I loved the two Kas in succession that SWMBO had - but I take your point about crash protection. Humph, didn't someone run into Mrs Humph in her Ka a few years ago? I can't remember exactly, but did it protect her rather better than expected?
