Paperwork done, insurance sorted, garage will register it next week PDI on Thursday I pick it up next Friday morning. Can't wait.

I'm supposed to take it easy for the first 1500kms, no heavy breaking for first 150kms.
The 'Ring is only 50 minutes away though too busy at this time of year to really allow anyone to explore a new car.

Before the 'Ring have to figure out the telematics work.
The car collects data but what I've yet to find out is how it phones home. There is something in Sync3 when connected to android auto or apple carplay and the car can be so to connect to your house WiFi.
I don't want to invalidate the warranty within the first few days/weeks/month.

Nürburgring Saturday, Body Shop MondayThat reads like personal Capri RS3100 experience, hopefully a few extra years on my part and riding a bike which to quote WDB's power to weight ratio logic is 789,47PS/1000kgs makes the Focus RS 224,35PS/1000kgs look pretty weak. Or, another way of looking at it is kgs/1PS. Suzuki GSX-R750 190kgs, 150PS = 1,266...7kgs/PS Focus RS 1560kgs, 350PS = 4,457kgs/PS

As opposed to ? I thought all cars were MPVs !
I can say, anyone who is in the Detroit/Dearborn area, take the Ford Rouge F150 factory tour and talk to the tour guides on the 3rd floor. They are seriously entertaining and knowledgeable. As are the folks down on the walk the line level and they are happy to talk shop all day long.
Really enjoyable trip.
The clay model brought to life in studio 2 is very impressive though take your earplugs if you're a bit sound sensitive.
