How annoying for you. I mean, I know it's not life changing stuff, but it should have been sorted by now, certainly after you pointed out the original problems with the fix. Poor service really.

You would, wouldn't you? I was expecting the final part to be fitted last Monday, but they didn't call. So I rang them at the end of the day and they said, sorry, it'll be here tomorrow. I didn't hear on Tuesday, and waited until Friday to call them. Ah, they said, it's been delivered to our other branch in Slough, we'll send someone over to get it. So it should be there today, and I'll drop by this afternoon on a school run to get it sorted. I hope.
In the extraordinarily unlikely (I hope) event that I need more bodywork in the future, I'll be asking my insurer to select an different bodyshop.

Still no call. Have to chase again this morning.
Sigh.
Meanwhile one of the children has had some front end damage also, by tripping and chipping a tooth, so she's in for repairs this morning, and the other one is in the middle of GCSE "exams", which may or may not be material to his final grades. Never ends, does, it?

Life eh? We're on defcon somethingorother too. Father in law is in the heart failure ward in hospital, son has to get his dissertation in by Friday, I've got a huge work deadline this week, wife has been told her cholesterol is through the roof, despite being 8 stones dripping wet, eating healthily and being super fit...
Oh and the water was off most of yesterday.
Apart from that, it's all quiet here. Dog seems fine.
