This is cool.... if you are a surveyor or maybe an estate agent then this has to be worth looking at:

No idea of cost. Their other product that does a 3D scan of an environment is also pretty cool.

Far too sophisticted for my use but I do use a Leica Disto laser measure which is very reliable and accurate.

Olympus makes a loss on its cameras but is sustained by its professional and scientific instruments business. I wonder if Leitz / Leica is similar.
