Just got back in the I5. It makes more noise than the P2. Deliberate noise when reversing and driving also a bit noisier on the motorway. Given the P2 was probably a boggy rental version that may be due to tyre size. However I am very glad to be back in my car.
Espadrille's Mini has just returned from Luton Airport, 13 days after we returned. She has been driving the Punto and thinks her car is very heavy to drive (you don't say!!).

Citroen C3. Obviously a three-pot engine, far more so than the Captur, Ibiza or Mini in the family fleet. Much more thrum but not noisy. Six speed auto. Pretty comfortable seats and ride.
The heater control is all via the screen which could be a pain but it has an auto setting so it makes little difference. Slightly 'French' stalks for wipers etc. The Japanese got it right years ago for heaven's sake.
Quite perky and reasonable economy.
Overall though better than other superminis.
