Cell Phone Keiphone K10

The above is an Android cell phone on sale here.
It compares pretty well with an iPhone 6S plus or Samsung S6. Actually out performs them by most metrics. However, those are $649,000 and $619,000 respectively where where as this K10 is only $249,000
Now, I've never heard of the thing, but it does look a good deal. They say it has been developed for the Chilean and Argentinian markets, and that seems unlikely to me - too small.
I'm interested because of the price. Phones are very expensive here, but this will be only be about £300. The iPhone above is £820!!
Anybody come across the K10 in Europe? Or similar.
