My car got pretty muddy at the weekend and by the time we got home on Sunday there wasn't enough daylight to do anything much about that.
As as in many other areas, it has rained fairly much incessantly since then, only now easing a bit. Glancing outside at the car it seems to now be totally clean. I can only assume it's the paint treatment they put on it which is supposed to shrug off dirt. On this occasion it seems to have worked.
Every cloud eh?

Did it wash the scratch off your alloy wheel?

Hard to say, it's more or less invisible. You'd have to know it was there. I'm over it myself.😬

If you wait long enough you discover that there is a limit to how dirty a car can get. All one then need do is become comfortable with that level of grubbiness.
Works for me.

I'm pretty much with you there, don't get me wrong, I do like to see it clean, it's the process of getting it clean that's so tedious. Bit like my lawn really, no sooner do you cut it than within a few days it just grows again. Who ever decided that lawns were a good idea? That's what I'd like to know. Whose bright blinking idea was that?
Living where I do they're passionate about car washing and lawn cutting. Not that there's much else to do I suppose but it's all the buzzing of strimmers, putt putting of mowers, scooshing of jet washers...it's all too much...

Actually, there isn't any of that round here, I think they're more discreet about it or maybe just assume that everyone, y'know, does...
Knowing my luck I'd end up with the munter from number...
Aye well, never mind ! 😕
