You see that little blue "New" label by each thread with something new in it? If you click right on the word "New" it will take you directly to the first new post in that thread according to your personal unseen map.

Unless you're using an iPad, when it does nothing. Or perhaps that's only if it's my iPad. Works fine on the phones.
