Shoutbox

I have enabled a feature called a "shoutbox" - its on the bottom of the forum first page. Its enabled for non registered guests to post. Have a look, if its useful then use it, if its not then don't, if its not liked I will delete it. Lets run it for a week or two tho before we decide.
