About as much as ice cream has to do with banana. Unless you like sweet banana ice cream with banana, unless it's coconut, or cod if you've had some unfortunate treatment.

You'd need a Marlboro Red to tell the difference though unless milk tastes like fish then a Havana cigar might be the difference.
