Repeat and rinse from last year's Grange-over-Sands car show. The Ro80 was there again. Had another long conversation with the owner (from Ilkley) about having to buy £2,000 worth of parts just to get a windscreen thrown in (as it were).
Also the Espada man was back this time with a BMW Batmobile. Clearly a man of some means and time. Knows Iain Tyrell and has met Harry Metcalfe when their Espada's were side by side in Tyrell's garage at Broughton near Chester.
Also saw a couple of other lovely things which I would like to own but have nowhere to store them. I do like a nice W123, especially the 280E; a proper executive saloon.
