Neighbour's parking habits - am I being unreasonable?

I am annoyed by my next door neighbour's parking habits.
We are a Close of detached houses, each with double garages and at least 2 parking spaces off road. Everybody parks off road, or did until recently, now there is one exception.
Matey next door converted his garage a couple of years ago, and earlier this year started leaving his works van on his driveway, along with his wife's car. He also has another car of his own. Due to a change of work pattern he now brings his works van home every day, and leaves his "spare" car at home, which is only lightly used at weekends for the odd local errand, but parked half on the street/pavement.
Well, what's up with that I hear you ask. Apart from the pavement bit, which is a bit inconsiderate, but OK, there's room to pass with a pram/wheelchair etc. Just.
What's up with it is this. He elects to always leave this spare car in front of my house, not his own. So it's there, almost 24/7, for eternity. This, in my humble opinion, is inconsiderate, as it inconveniences my visitors, deliveries and also my shuntings about with my own cars when I need to do it (remembering there are 3 cars here, 2 on the drive, 1 in the garage, and soon to be 4 in total), not to mention impairs my vision getting on and off the drive - my driveway is at the mouth of a junction, which also happens to be at the crest of a hill, therefore cars appear round the corner without warning, and often way too fast.
Is it unreasonable to be anoyed by this? Here's a streetview image (oh look what's on my drive, what happy memories). My house is first on the left, and it is as I say at the mouth of the Close, so right on the junction. The neighbour, obviously, is the rendered one next door. Can anyone see any reasonable reason that he parks like this? I can't. But I'm wondering if there is one? I don't want to start a dispute over something seemingly so petty, but it is getting right up my conk as time goes by. There are a few other things he's inconsiderate about in relation to our boundary and the views from our windows (rubbish bins, filthy rusty van etc), but I've always just accepted them with a sigh, it's not worth the hassle. But now there's this and I'm going a bit mad about it. The postman's van in the picture is where I would leave my "spare" were it me, but this chap puts his just past the lamp-post in front of my window.
Any thoughts? Do I need to get over myself?
