Rant start/
I am witnessing an increasing phenomenon of young drivers, driving very powerful cars, very badly. Regretfully I am forced to say that the drivers appear to belong to the Asian ethnic part of society, although not exclusively. Maybe it is the area in which I live. The characteristics are: -
It as probably always so, but more noticeable due to skin colour and cost of the cars. A colleague was telling me how they get around the insurance issue and how they avoid tickets and NIPs. All illegal but clearly there are better things for the Police to deal with until an idiot kills another road user; e.g. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-36761849
This all happens near where I live and work and happens with increasing regularity.
What I tell my boys is that they should always behave properly, as what they do reflects on me and the wider community of which we are part. When will the elders of these idiots tell them that what they are doing is dangerous, stupid and only increases racist thoughts. i.e: - "... there goes another of the drug dealing **** boys again...." people say. When will they learn?

- Sitting very low and very laid back, so that when looked at from the side you only see the top half of their head through the window and they presumably not see much through the windscreen.
- Drive very powerful cars that would be beyond the price or insurance range of most people of similar age (Audi S3, Golf R, AMG45 etc).
- Very aggressive driving, barely stopping at junctions, weaving in and out of lines of slowly moving traffic, stopping in yellow boxes, nipping into spaces in traffic that are barely there and causing other cars to brake suddenly.
