....At much the same time that I was playing the organ at a memorial service for a redoubtable lady who'd spent most of her 90 years on horseback, riding and instructing. The family asked me to play Cole Porter's 'Don't fence me in' at the end of the service. Seemed to go well - I should have been thinking of you.

Could you bring a few to Reading, some of my panels are wobbling in the breeze.
Cheers.

Laws of physics... calamitous bang at 50mph as trailer detaches, but continues to vaguely follow the car thanks to the safety chain. Car brakes sharply (instinctive reaction), trailer continues its forward momentum and hits the back of the car... Or rather the 300kg of wooden posts strapped firmly on the trailer do the hitting ๐ซ
Yes, my own trailer hit my own car. No laughing at the back! (Quite literally...)
Trailer undamaged, load still secure and not scattered across the highway at least. Back of the Outlander needs more than a bit of spit and polish however...

Could have been a lot worse I think. Scratches and a small split in the bumper, but nothing loose or hanging off. Lights undamaged. Small but noticeable dent in the tailgate.
So thatโll be a thousand quidโs worth of repairs no doubt... ๐ฑ.
