I will not take lessons in parking from Humph the Kerb. ...you know, I'm pretty sure your avatar is really Dick Dastardly in drag....... (admittedly, with a sword...) He does indeed look like DD without mutley.

Careful with it, what with your parking "skills"...😉 I will not take lessons in parking from Humph the Kerb. I wasn't parking, I was swinging. Swinging is much more difficult.

Unless you bought a Gilbern as well... no. Maybe the engine in the Volvo is a Ford unit built at Bridgend. How old is the XC70?

Knut's brother, then...... Someone was nearly right. (I thought you were more of an "ivor the Engine" man). Is there a welsh connection to cars? ...is that as in a similar manner to the way they connect to sheep?...............

So did Z called himself Nogbad because someone suggest he was to become a Knut?

Oh well done. Fond memories.
I loved Postgate stuff, and he did a lot. Ivor the Engine, Pogles Wood, The Clangers and Noggin. Bloomin brilliant.
Years later I worked briefly with Oliver Postgate's son. A family of difficult relationships.

Ivor was my favourite. Still is. Bought the set to watch with toddlers when we had them and every episode is a jewel of compact storytelling, warm-hearted but never mawkish. I still want my own dragon called Idris, but it would be unkind as I have nowhere hot enough to keep him.

Congratulations... ...Sven. Its Large, (by god its big), Its an estate car, although it only has 4, does I qualify for the LEC club? I just realised, although its only a D4, it actually has 5. Fancy me thinking that the number meant the number of cylinders.
